Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to own the NBA platform's orchestration and state machine, building durable workflows on Temporal with Node.js/TypeScript. You will lead a small team of engineers and contractors, ensuring end-to-end action delivery from decision generation to receipt processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 6+ years of full stack software engineering with 1–2 years in tech‑lead capacity.
• Strong Node.js/TypeScript backend experience building production services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for orchestration pod including planning and shipping.
• Design durable, long-running workflows on Temporal in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Own the end-to-end action delivery pipeline from decision publication to delivery acknowledgment.
