Job summary

CoverGo Limited is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design, implementation and maintenance of our SaaS insurance platform. You will provide technical direction to the team, mentor developers, and collaborate with product, design and engineering to deliver scalable, secure software.

You'll work with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB and Docker on the backend and JavaScript with Vue.js or React on the frontend.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with SaaS leadership.
• At least 2 years in a lead/manager role.
• Strong backend with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB.
• Frontend with JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices and clean architecture.
• Proficiency in TDD and test strategies.
• Experience with unit/integration/functional tests.
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD) knowledge.
• Web security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Performance optimization for high-traffic apps.
• Container tech and cloud infra understanding.
• Agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive debugging.
• Excellent communication across diverse teams.
• Passion for staying updated with tech trends.

Responsibilities
