Job summary

Fruition Group US is seeking a Staff/Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to own a live, customer-facing product in the Greater Boston area. Open to relocation, you will drive architecture and shipping at scale with hands-on leadership.

You’ll own React Native/Expo apps, lead React+Bun.js web platforms, and evolve GCP-based backend infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping the technical direction for a growing product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience owning production applications at scale.
• Strong cloud, architecture and API design experience.
• Experience with GCP, Docker, SQL/NoSQL and CI/CD.
• Comfortable debugging complex production issues and taking end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own a production React Native/Expo application across iOS, Android & Windows.
• Lead the React + Bun.js web platform and customer dashboard.
• Design and evolve GCP-based backend infrastructure.
• Own APIs, databases, data pipelines and integrations.
• Manage CI/CD, App Store releases, OTA updates, monitoring and production support.
• Work with hardware/device integrations and real-world data.
• Make architectural decisions and set technical direction.
• Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar.
