ActiveProspect is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own customer and business outcomes, deploying across projects and pods. You will ship end-to-end solutions using React on the frontend and Node.js/Python services on AWS, with a focus on practical judgment and fast iteration.

The role blends hands-on coding with product thinking, customer engagement, and cross-team collaboration. You will balance speed, quality, and security while mentoring teammates and shaping product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes end-to-end, frame the problem, design it, ship it, own the metric. Descope to the cheapest version that works.
• Stay close to customers; shadow sales/support; guide what to build.
• Own your domain and interfaces; reliability, performance and on-call ownership.
• Build and scale the product surface and platform; ship React frontend with Node.js/Python on AWS.
• Architect AI-driven leverage; adapt tooling and identify AI-enabled wins.
• Mentor teams; write decision memos; enable Product and Design to self-serve.
