Brillio in Boston seeks a Lead Full Stack Developer to architect and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications across frontend and backend, using React, TypeScript, Go, Java, Python, Node.js, and AWS. You will mentor engineers, drive end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with product and architecture teams to ensure reliability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
Strong backend development in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js and API design.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack apps.
Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with CI/CD and automation.
Own features end to end from design to production support.
Lead technical design discussions, reviews, and drive testing/observability.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.
Communicate decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
