Job summary

Fuerte is a growing healthcare networking and event booking platform, currently seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to own core surfaces across mobile, web, and back-end. Remote-friendly, the role emphasizes building production-ready features with TypeScript stacks including Expo/React Native for mobile and TanStack Start for web.

Ideal candidates have real-world React Native experience, strong SQL with ORM tooling, and a mindset to own releases end to end.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript, front to back.
• Production React Native / Expo experience — real builds, native modules, EAS, and the App Store release process.
• Solid relational data modeling and SQL — comfort with an ORM and migrations.
• An ownership mindset — owning releases end to end and debugging in production.

Responsibilities

• Mobile app — main product surface built on Expo / React Native.
• Web app — public booking flows and OG images on TanStack Start (SSR).
• Back-end — tRPC + Drizzle API over Postgres, cron jobs and third-party integrations.
• Shipping and uptime — releases through EAS and Elastic Beanstalk, production incident response.
