Job summary

Fruition Group US is seeking a Staff/Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to own a live, customer-facing product in the Greater Boston area. Open to relocation, you will drive architecture and shipping at scale with hands-on leadership.

You’ll own React Native/Expo apps, lead React+Bun.js web platforms, and evolve GCP-based backend infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping the technical direction for a growing product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience owning production applications at scale.
• Strong cloud, architecture and API design experience.
• Experience with GCP, Docker, SQL/NoSQL and CI/CD.
• Comfortable debugging complex production issues and taking end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own a production React Native/Expo application across iOS, Android & Windows.

Staff / Lead Full Stack Software Engineer | Greater Boston | $170K–$220K + Benefits | Open to Relocation

I’m working with a well-funded, high-growth technology company looking for a Staff / Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to take ownership of a live, customer-facing product and help shape its next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys building, shipping, and owning software end to end.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning a production React Native / Expo application across iOS, Android & Windows
• Leading the React + Bun.js web platform and customer dashboard
• Designing and evolving GCP-based backend infrastructure
• Owning APIs, databases, data pipelines and integrations
• Managing CI/CD, App Store releases, OTA updates, monitoring and production support
• Working with hardware/device integrations and real-world data
• Making architectural decisions and setting technical direction
• Mentoring engineers and helping raise the engineering bar
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience owning production applications at scale
• Strong cloud, architecture and API design experience
• Experience with GCP, Docker, SQL/NoSQL and CI/CD
• Someone comfortable debugging complex production issues and taking true end-to-end ownership

Bonus: Expo, Bun.js, computer vision/image processing, USB/Bluetooth integrations, offline-first systems, robotics/IoT or edge computing.
