Job summary

CrewAI, Inc. is seeking a senior full-stack product engineer with a strong frontend emphasis. You will build the CrewAI Agent Management Platform, delivering rich interfaces while backing features with Rails APIs and background jobs.

You’ll work with design, product, and runtime engineers from problem definition through launch. You’ll lead frontend architecture, implement complex state, and ensure accessibility, security, and performance across the stack.

Qualifications

• Track record of independently delivering substantial full-stack product features.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience shipping rich, interactive products such as editors or workflow builders.
• Strong product and interaction judgment; can simplify technical workflows.
• Accessibility knowledge: semantic interfaces and keyboard navigation.
• Ability to ship backend changes with data models and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build complete product workflows across Studio's visual editor, deployments, traces, and human review.
• Collaborate with design and product to clarify problems and prototype solutions.
• Shape frontend architecture: APIs, state management, data fetching, and navigation.
• Ensure reliable asynchronous workflows with live updates and error handling.
• Extend shared design system across React and Rails; improve consistency and theming.
• Develop Rails models, services, APIs, and background jobs for features.
• Ship with frontend and Rails tests, browser verification, and instrumentation.
