Job summary

CrewAI in San Francisco is seeking a senior full-stack product engineer with a strong frontend emphasis. You will build the CrewAI Agent Management Platform, enabling teams to create, deploy, monitor, and govern AI agents in production.

You will lead frontend architecture and backend changes using React/TypeScript with Rails, Hotwire, and PostgreSQL, collaborating closely with design, product, and runtime engineers to deliver complete features.

Qualifications

• A track record of independently delivering substantial full-stack product features with frontend depth.
• Deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including component design and performance.
• Experience shipping rich, interactive products such as editors or developer tools.
• Strong product and interaction judgment; ability to simplify complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build complete product workflows across Studio's visual editor, deployments, traces, and human review, and handle onboarding, integrations, permissions, and settings.
• Collaborate with design and product to clarify problems, prototype solutions, and iterate from usage feedback.
• Shape frontend architecture: component APIs, state management, data fetching, navigation, and rendering performance.
• Ensure reliability of asynchronous workflows: live updates, editing, validation, errors, retries, recovery.
• Extend shared design system across React and Rails for consistency and theming.
• Build Rails models, services, APIs, and background jobs; partner with runtime teams for platform capabilities.
• Ship with frontend and Rails tests, browser verification, and instrumentation; resolve production issues.
• Contribute to code reviews, mentoring, and reusable patterns to improve team output.
