Job summary

Stryker is seeking an experienced full-stack engineering leader to drive architecture, development, testing, and deployment of scalable applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will modernize legacy systems, integrate Generative AI features, and mentor engineers while coordinating with business and data stakeholders to ensure reliability and performance across production systems.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/Math/HCI or related field.
4+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
Production experience with Flask, React, or Next.js; strong SQL/PostgreSQL; Azure; security knowledge; mentoring.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, development, testing, and deployment of scalable full-stack apps.
Modernize legacy applications and integrate AI-powered features.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with business and data stakeholders.
Oversee reliability, performance, maintenance, and issue escalation.
