Stryker is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to shape the engineering direction of internal web solutions for US Customer Solutions. You’ll mentor engineers, define system architecture, and stay hands-on with critical builds and AI-powered features.

You’ll partner with product, data engineering, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable software. The role balances leadership, architecture influence, and innovative development in a remote-capable setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience leading production-grade web apps (Flask, React, Next.js) with GenAI tools.
• Strong SQL design, Postgres, and Azure services.
• Mentoring engineers and driving architecture.
