You will manage sourcing, interviews, offers, and close, while leveraging ATS and market data to optimize hiring. Hybrid work from our Downers Grove headquarters supports a balanced schedule and career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in transportation, supply chain and operations.
• Expert in direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and talent pipelining.
• Ability to influence leaders and consult on hiring strategies.
• Experience evaluating talent, developing offers, and closing candidates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
