Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Lead Associate in Portland, Oregon to drive efficient, customer‑obsessed operations at our fast delivery site. You will lead a team, prioritize tasks, and ensure safety and quality while delivering on customer promises.

You will train teammates, coordinate with delivery partners, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes. Flexible, seven‑day availability and on‑site work are required, with starting pay shown below.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate team while modeling desired behavior.
• Manage operations, safety, quality, and delivery promises at the site.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide ongoing training on systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with associates and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with onboarding and training as required.
• Handle product receiving, stocking, replenishment, and delivery prep.
