Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple industries. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex fueling systems, managing service operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field
• Five (5) years or more fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience
• One to three (1-3) years of customer relationship-building experience
• In-depth understanding of customer experiences and communications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop customer solutions
• Manage work orders and priorities using the work order system
• Provide clear communications updates to customers and stakeholders
• Support compliance activities and Notices of Violation prevention
• Review repair quotes and support capital projects
• Monitor and report on KPIs
• Develop and implement policies and SOPs for stakeholders
