Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring for a Fueling Operations Support Manager responsible for a broad range of technical and customer support tasks for fueling facilities across multiple industries.

The role requires ownership of complex repairs, proactive compliance scheduling, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. You will interact with contractors, environmental engineers, and facility personnel to resolve issues, run ad-hoc reports, and support capital projects.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five+ years fuel system/facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience.
• 1–3 years in direct customer relationship-building.
• Advanced communications skills for positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop customer solutions.
• Manage work order priorities and timelines.
• Provide clear updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Support regulatory compliance and notices of violation avoidance.
• Review repair quotes and support capital projects as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance.
