Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customers in-store, assisting with product selection, loading merchandise, and processing transactions at the front end. You will work as part of the CSA Front End Team to deliver friendly, accurate service and help customers complete their purchases efficiently.

The role involves operating the checkout, handling returns, and assisting in maintaining a safe, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience with basic computer use and retail technology.
• Retail cashier experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service at all times per Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and refunds using the cash register.
• Handle monetary transactions accurately and provide correct change.
• Assist in store security and loss prevention by monitoring for suspicious activity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and registers.
