Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and staff at the front desk in a professional manner.
• Mentor and assist in day-to-day operations for other Patient Services Associates.
• Process check-in/check-out and schedule appointments via EPIC.
• Maintain patient flow and address patient/provider concerns as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and regulatory compliance.
