Job summary

PLACEM!NT by TZ Consulting is hiring a lead Front Desk Sales Coordinator for a wellness and aesthetics med spa in Hoboken, NJ. You will own the patient experience from first contact to check-out and drive membership enrollment and retention outcomes. This on-site role requires consultative selling, strong scheduling, and coaching a small desk team.

Qualifications

• Front desk or coordinator experience in med spa, dental/ortho, or hospitality.
• Closing instincts to guide conversations and close commitments professionally.
• Experience with memberships, packages, or retention programs.
• Scheduling systems fluency; Zenoti is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Schedule availability to cover evenings and Saturdays.
• Spanish preferred (not required), bilingual candidates prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Lead-to-visit conversion and follow-up to keep patients moving through the schedule.
• Explain services, promotions, and membership programs to close enrollments.
• Retain members through proactive outreach and reactivation follow-ups.
• Rebook appointments and collaborate to hit retention goals.
• Maintain seamless front desk operations and accurate records.
• Own the schedule, confirmations, waitlists, and daily optimization.
