The position requires an Associate's degree preferred or a high school diploma with relevant experience; strong Microsoft Office skills and customer service experience are essential; lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients; check-in and check-out.
• Handle charge entry and claims processes.
• Coordinate end-of-day processes and document processing.
• Communicate with patients and providers; act as liaison.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Cross-cover other areas as needed.
