Job summary

St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a Senior Registration Associate for the Outpatient Orthopedics Office in Latham, NY. This full-time role focuses on front-end operations, scheduling, registration, and revenue-cycle support within a busy medical practice.

You will perform check-in/check-out, charge entry, document processing, and coordination with clinicians to ensure timely patient access and accurate data entry. Experience in a medical office and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical office settings preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients, manage front-end operations.
• Check-in and check-out, collect co-pays when applicable.
• Process charges and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Handle document processing, scanning and inbox monitoring.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth flow.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in HIPAA-compliant manner.
