St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a Senior Registration Associate for the Outpatient Orthopedics Office in Latham, NY. This full-time, day-shift role supports front desk operations, patient registration, check-in/out, and charge entry to ensure smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent customer service, and proficient use of Microsoft Office and registration systems. Prior medical office experience is preferred, with the ability to lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; High School Diploma/Equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and patient registration systems.
• Experience in medical office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients; manage check-in/check-out.
• Process charge entries and end-of-day duties.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide liaison between patients and clinical staff; coordinate referrals and follow-ups.
