Preferred candidates have at least three years of front desk experience, ideally in optometry or ophthalmology. The role includes insurance verification, scheduling, record-keeping, and occasional travel between locations.

Formación

• 3+ years front desk experience in a medical practice, preferably ophthalmology/optometry
• Compassionate and able to establish trust with patients
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival
• Verify insurance and manage appointment schedules
• Maintain accurate patient records and data integrity
• Collect copayments, deductibles, and balances
• Schedule follow-up appointments and send reminders
• Answer inbound/outbound calls with professional etiquette
• Travel between locations to support front office operations
