You will lead and coach the front desk team, drive membership sales, manage scheduling, calls, deposits, and supplies, and ensure a fast, friendly check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the front desk team to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Sell memberships at the front desk and coach the team to hit goals.
• Conduct morning huddles and report daily goals.
• Manage front desk scheduling, coverage, and call-ins.
• Handle bank deposits and change runs.
• Train new front desk hires per company standards.
• Interview Coordinator candidates with the Business Manager.
• Track and order office, cleaning, and marketing supplies.
• Monitor emails, voicemails, and social media messages.
