Job summary

Fizz Facial Bar in Conway, AR is hiring a Lead Fizz Coordinator to run our front desk and support the Business Manager in delivering a seamless client experience from the moment a client walks in.

You will lead the Coordinator team, coach membership sales, manage scheduling, deposits, and daily operations, and help ensure a fast, friendly, professional service environment that fits into our 40-minute express sessions.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk, reception, or customer service leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and basic administrative tasks.
• Strong communicator who leads by example.
• Comfortable selling and coaching others to sell memberships.
• High integrity — this role has access to passwords and proprietary information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Fizz Coordinator team
• Sell memberships at the front desk and coach the team to hit membership goals
• Conduct morning huddles and report daily/day-end goals
• Manage front desk scheduling, coverage, and call-ins
• Handle bank deposits and change runs
• Train new front desk hires per Fizz University standards
• Interview Fizz Coordinator candidates alongside the Business Manager
• Track and order office, cleaning, food, and marketing supplies
• Monitor emails, voicemails, and social media messages/comments
• Perform front desk audits and provide coaching and direction
