Job summary

Fizz Facial Bar in Kentucky seeks a Lead Fizz Coordinator to run our front desk and support the Business Manager in delivering a seamless client experience from the moment someone walks in.

You will lead the Coordinator team, coach staff to meet membership goals, manage scheduling, deposits, and supplies, and ensure excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication, cash handling, and integrity, with a focus on coaching and achieving store targets.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk, reception, or customer service leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and basic administrative tasks.
• Strong communicator who leads by example.
• Comfortable selling and coaching others to sell memberships.
• High integrity — this role has access to passwords and proprietary information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Fizz Coordinator team
• Sell memberships at the front desk and coach the team to hit membership goals
• Conduct morning huddles and report daily/day-end goals
• Manage front desk scheduling, coverage, and call-ins
• Handle bank deposits and change runs
• Train new front desk hires per Fizz University standards
• Interview Fizz Coordinator candidates alongside the Business Manager
• Track and order office, cleaning, food, and marketing supplies
• Monitor emails, voicemails, and social media messages/comments
• Perform front desk audits and provide coaching and direction
