Job summary

Fizz Facial Bar in Chesterfield, MO is hiring a Lead Fizz Coordinator to run our front desk and support the Business Manager in delivering a seamless client experience from the moment someone walks in. About the role

• Fizz Facial Bar is hiring a Lead Fizz Coordinator to run our front desk operation and support the Business Manager in delivering a seamless client experience from the moment someone walks in.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach the Fizz Coordinator team
• Sell memberships at the front desk and coach the team to hit membership goals
• Conduct morning huddles and report daily/day-end goals
• Manage front desk scheduling, coverage, and call-ins
• Handle bank deposits and change runs
• Train new front desk hires per Fizz University standards
• Interview Fizz Coordinator candidates alongside the Business Manager
• Track and order office, cleaning, food, and marketing supplies
• Monitor emails, voicemails, and social media messages/comments
• Perform front desk audits and provide coaching and direction

Qualifications

• Prior front desk, reception, or customer service leadership experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable handling cash and basic administrative tasks
• Strong communicator who leads by example
• Comfortable selling and coaching others to sell memberships
