Responsibilities

• Greet and seat clients, answer phones, and manage scheduling.
• Sell memberships to clients at checkout and follow up on membership opportunities.
• Process payments and handle rescheduling requests.
• Support Skin Pros by resetting bar stations between appointments.
• Help keep the space clean, sanitized, and guest-ready.
• Assist with day-to-day Fizz Flow to keep service moving efficiently.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door.
