Job summary

Quickbase Inc. seeks a Lead FP&A Analyst to own ARR reporting, reconciliation to GL, and revenue analytics. You will work across Finance, Accounting, and data teams to source, validate, and automate recurring revenue reporting using Adaptive, Excel, and Snowflake.

The role involves building ARR performance analyses by product, cohort, region, and customer, plus presenting variance insights to executive leadership and the board.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of FP&A, revenue finance, or a similar analytical role in SaaS.
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, bookings, billings, deferred revenue).
• Proven reconciliation experience across systems; ability to explain variance drivers.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel; SQL querying in cloud data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own the ARR reporting, roll-forward, and variance commentary for leadership.
• Reconcile ARR to bookings, billings, deferred revenue, and recognized revenue.
• Own revenue forecast modeling and period-over-period accuracy; support monthly close.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards; partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting.
