Job summary

Quickbase in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead a high-performing team and own consolidations across the business, delivering monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and executive dashboards relied upon by the Executive Leadership Team and Board.

You will partner with the Head of FP&A and operational leaders to translate data into actionable insights in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS environment, championing AI-driven process improvements across forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive finance experience.
• Exceptional financial analytics background, advanced modeling skills, and strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (MBA a plus).
• Proven supervisory experience with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a senior leader and mentor a high-performing FP&A team delivering critical financial insights.
• Own the process of consolidations across multiple reporting departments.
• Champion FP&A best practices in forecasting, reporting, and data integrity.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and executive dashboards for leadership and board.
• Lead initiatives to reimagine FP&A workflows with AI.
