Job summary

Quickbase is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst for ARR and Revenue in Boston. You will own the ARR roll-forward, ARR-to-GL reconciliation and variance commentary for our SaaS business, using Adaptive, Excel and Snowflake plus BI tools to automate recurring revenue reporting.

You will partner with Finance, Sales and Customer Success to model revenue, support board reporting, and drive process improvements across data, systems and controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of FP&A, revenue finance or similar analytical role in SaaS.
• Deep understanding of ARR, NRR, GRR, bookings and related concepts.
• Proven reconciliation across systems and variance drivers.
• Advanced Excel modeling and scenario analysis.
• SQL in Snowflake or similar cloud warehouse.
• Experience building executive-facing BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly/quarterly ARR roll-forward and definitions across products, cohorts and regions.
• Manage complete ARR-to-GL bridge, bookings, billings, deferred and recognized revenue.
• Lead data, systems and controls for recurring revenue reporting across Snowflake, CRM, ERP and planning tools.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Revenue Ops to provide insights for forecasting, pricing and packaging decisions.
