Job summary

Quickbase is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst in Boston to own ARR reporting and the end-to-end ARR-to-GL reconciliation across systems. You will build models, dashboards, and variance analyses that inform executive decisions and board reporting.

The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and Data, leveraging Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and BI tools to drive recurring revenue insights and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A or equivalent in a SaaS/subscription business.
• Understanding of ARR, NRR, GRR, bookings, billings, deferred revenue, and related relations.
• Reconciliation across multiple systems and explaining variance drivers.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
• SQL and Snowflake experience; BI dashboards for executives.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Adaptive.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish monthly/quarterly ARR roll-forward with churn, expansion, contraction, and retention metrics.
• Own ARR-to-GL bridge including bookings, billings, deferred and recognized revenue.
• Maintain data controls across Snowflake, CRM, ERP, and planning tools; support audit readiness.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, and Accounting on ARR drivers and pricing changes.
• Present analyses with clear recommendations and defensible point of view.
