Qualifications

• 7+ years of site supervision experience
• Experience as a Superintendent on large projects (>$20M)
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the superintendents and their craft on the project
• Develop CPM schedules and schedule of values with project manager
• Coordinate activities, procurement, logistics with field staff and project manager
• Review materials/equipment for systems and monitor installation/startup
• Prepare progress reports for Project Managers/Directors and Owners
• Supervise and mentor engineers in related disciplines
• Coordinate submittals and shop drawings
• Travel up to 75% as needed
