Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp (Qcells USA) seeks a General Superintendent - Electrical for our project teams across the U.S. This role leads electrical superintendents, develops CPM schedules, and coordinates procurement, logistics, and field execution on large utility-scale solar and BESS projects.

The position is hybrid, requiring travel up to 100% and frequent coordination with Project Managers and Owners. Strong leadership, communication, and cost-control skills are essential, as is fluency in

Qualifications

Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills for managing large teams.
Ability to plan, schedule, and track multiple activities and budgets.
Experience coordinating with project managers, owners, and subcontractors.
Proven track record on large electrical portions of contracts.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the electrical superintendents and their craft throughout the project.
Develop detailed CPM schedules and schedules of values to aid billing.
Coordinate activities, scheduling, procurement, logistics with project manager and field staff.
Review materials/equipment and monitor installation/startup, resolving conflicts.
Prepare reports and communicate progress to Project Managers/Directors and Owners.
Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and coordination with other disciplines.
Travel up to 100% as needed; work hybrid with home and project sites.
