• Lead installation crew from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Plan materials, tools, and equipment based on job specifications.
• Mentor and train Installers and Co-Foremen on site.
• Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
