Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Foreman to lead the installation crew on local projects in the Waco area. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from start to finish, coordinating daily operations and mentoring crew members to uphold a high standard of workmanship.

The role requires strong leadership, field experience in foundation and underpinning solutions, and the ability to drive timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance crew and coordinate daily operations.
• Review job specs to determine materials and tools needed.
• Assess job conditions on-site and assign duties accordingly.
• Install products and services with the support of a national team.
• Ensure final documentation is completed accurately and delivered.
