You will drive large-scale migrations, AI/ML deployments, and modernization programs across industries, shaping how clients migrate to lakehouse platforms and realize value from data investments.

You will mentor engineers, set delivery standards, and collaborate with account teams to align initiatives with customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing technical delivery teams, solution architects, or professional services organizations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a technical solutions architect or data/AI engineer, providing the depth to coach and support senior practitioners.
• Experience leading large-scale data platform migrations and AI/ML programs in enterprise environments across multiple sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional performance targets including billable utilization, team growth and hiring, while championing delivery excellence and customer success across the FDE portfolio.
• Partner with Account Executives, Engagement Managers, and Field Engineering leaders to scope and deliver transformational Professional Services programs.
• Establish best practices for project oversight, risk management, and quality standards scalable for a growing FDE practice.
• Synthesize field insights to guide roadmap and create reusable accelerators and frameworks.
• Serve as escalation point for high-stakes customer situations, protecting relationships and driving rapid resolution.
• Mentor Forward Deployed Engineers through career pathways, technical coaching, and a culture of innovation.
