Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to shape how their AI platform is deployed for top enterprise customers. You will lead architectural blueprint設, build reusable agent templates, and drive technical strategy across tier-one accounts.

You will mentor engineers, codify best practices for prompt engineering and orchestration, and partner with core product teams to scale Talkdesk’s Agentic AI roadmap across global deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering or architecture experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale architecture for global deployments.
• Proven experience with AI/ML and agentic solutions.
• Knowledge of security and compliance in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Architecture and systems strategy: lead Technical Architect for Talkdesk's largest deployments, designing scalable multi-agent architectures.
• Engineering and Technical Delivery: write production-grade code and build SDKs and deployment tools.
• Solution design and Technical Consulting: de-risk complex implementations with executive stakeholders.
• Product, Core Engineering & Strategy Alignment: translate customer needs into platform capabilities with product teams.
• Maintain high engineering standards and mentor: lead reviews and establish engineering best practices.
