Qualifications

• 3+ years of software building experience with client-facing roles.
• Fluent in TypeScript and comfortable with Next.js.
• Experience with LLM APIs at the application layer.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical operators.
• Scrappy and focused on building clean and efficient code.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete specs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience with side projects.

Responsibilities

• Embed with service pods to understand workflows before coding.
• Decide whether to build bespoke solutions or enhance Framework.
• Manage the technical lifecycle for client deployments.
• Translate field signals into product features.
• Run your own roadmap balancing direction and sequence.
