NewForm is hiring a Forward Deployed Creative in NYC to lead the creative operation for assigned clients, strategizing, concepting, and executing paid ad concepts with our content team and creators. You will connect data to creative, identify what makes winning ads, and use performance metrics to guide strategy and execution, while collaborating with editors and managing multiple projects.

This full-time, in-office role offers base salary 70,000–120,000 USD, a strong bonus plan up to 30%+,
