The Role: Forward Deployed Software Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you’ll work on problems that genuinely matter. You’ll partner directly with customers to understand their mission, then design, build, and ship software that changes how their business operates.

You’ll turn complex, messy data into powerful workflows people use every single day. You’ll move fast, build from the ground up, and deliver tools that make a visible difference to operators, leaders, and decision-makers. The work is hands-on, and you’ll see the impact of what you build in real time.

You’ll help reshape how entire organizations make decisions and get work done—joining a team that moves with pace, solves tough problems, and pushes what’s possible in this space.

What You Bring

• A customer-first mindset and a drive to build solutions that create real business value
• Degree in computer science or similar technical degree
• Clear thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a practical approach to building real-world systems end-to-end
• Strong coding ability in Python or TypeScript (their primary languages)
• Ownership and accountability—you’re comfortable driving work forward and making decisions
• Experience working with data at scale (structured and unstructured) and turning it into something truly useful
• Proven track record delivering meaningful outcomes (as a software engineer, data scientist, technical analyst, or similar)
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across levels and technical backgrounds, explaining complex ideas clearly
• Willingness to travel when needed (typically 10–33%, depending on the project)
• Right to work in the US (visa support not available)
