Job summary

Optiline Enterprises seeks a capable Foreman to lead drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential projects. You will ensure quality workmanship, enforce safety practices, and keep projects on schedule while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in supervision, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a track record of managing crews of 5–20+ in active construction environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years drywall and/or metal framing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience leading crews of 5-20+ employees.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accurate installation.
• Coordinate daily manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow to meet project schedules.
• Monitor productivity and proactively address obstacles that may impact project completion.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain project momentum.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
• Maintain daily reports, production tracking, and material usage records.
