Job summary

Optiline Enterprises is seeking a Foreman to lead drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential construction projects. The role bridges field operations and project management, ensuring quality workmanship and safety on site.

You will coordinate crews, read blueprints, and maintain schedules while mentoring team members to grow into future leaders. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in supervisory roles, strong blueprint literacy, OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of drywall and/or metal framing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience leading crews of 5-20+ employees.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow to meet project schedules.
• Mentor crew leads and apprentices to build future leaders.
• Conduct daily crew meetings to communicate goals and safety requirements.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards throughout all phases.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, production tracking, and material usage logs.
• Promote OSHA safety practices and maintain a safe work environment.
• Build strong relationships with Project Managers, customers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
