Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, forecasting, or financial planning & analysis.
• Strong experience with SQL and transforming large datasets into reusable formats.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, particularly in time-series and machine learning forecasting methods.
• Experience operationalizing models with backtesting and validation on platforms like Databricks.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance usage-based forecasting models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Raise forecast accuracy and shorten the monthly refresh cycle through rigorous backtesting and experimentation.
• Mentor junior team members and produce insights to help stakeholders understand forecast drivers and impacts.
