Job summary

Guild seeks a Lead Forecast Modeling Analyst to scale the Forecasting and Financial Analytics team. You will own and enhance our modular forecasting system, collaborating with Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Tech to improve data, systems, and forecasts.

You will mentor teammates, produce actionable insights, and help stakeholders understand forecast drivers and business impact. The role is based in Denver with some remote opportunities, offering competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total experience in analytics, data science, forecasting, or financial planning & analysis.
• Strong experience with SQL and transforming large datasets into reusable formats.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, with time-series and ML forecasting methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve usage-based forecasting models for clients' education benefit at Guild.
• Improve forecast accuracy and shorten monthly refresh cycles using backtesting and experimentation.
