Guild is hiring a Lead Forecast Modeling Analyst to scale our Forecasting and Financial Analytics team. You will own and improve critical components of our forecasting model within a modular system and experimentation framework to drive improvements in forecasting education benefit programs for clients.

You are a strong fit if you have 5+ years in analytics/forecasting, strong SQL and Python or R, and experience operationalizing models with backtesting and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, data science, forecasting, or FP&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve usage-based forecasting models for client education benefits.
• Raise forecast accuracy and shorten monthly refresh cycles with backtesting and experiments.
• Translate modeling logic into well-structured code with tests and documentation.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Tech teams.
• Mentor junior team members and communicate forecast drivers to stakeholders.
