Responsibilities

• Leads a team of front-line employees to meet daily production requirements and safety standards.
• Manages scheduling, attendance tracking, and time-off approvals for direct reports.
• Maintains inventory records and coordinates requisitions to meet delivery schedules.
• Reviews production data and reports to ensure throughput, yield, and quality targets.
• Promotes a safe work environment and compliance with Simmons, OSHA, and USDA/FDA regulations.
