Job summary

Evolution Hospitality in New Orleans is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service excellence, partner with the F&B Manager, motivate the team, and ensure smooth daily operations in a vibrant dining environment. You will oversee service quality, manage schedules and costs, handle guest feedback, and support promotional efforts to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a hands-on leadership style, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
• Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities.
• Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic.

• Operations Olympians: Manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory. Utilize technology to streamline processes and keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
• Growth Gurus: Develop creative promotional campaigns and ideas to attract more guests and boost sales. Support training and performance initiatives to help team members grow and contribute to overall business success.
