Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, Georgia is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily hospitality operations and develop team members. You will ensure high service standards, manage dining and bar activities, and uphold safety and sanitation procedures to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate food & beverage team members
• Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations
• Deliver consistently exceptional guest service
• Train and develop team members to meet hospitality standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
