Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude and passion for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate food & beverage team members.
• Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations.
• Deliver consistently exceptional guest service.
• Train and develop team members to meet hospitality standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and concerns.
• Partner with management to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
