Job summary

The Westin DFW Airport in Irving, TX is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of outlets and services, ensure quality, guest satisfaction, and staff performance in line with brand standards.

You will supervise, train, schedule, coach, and support associates; monitor food quality and safety; manage inventories; and ensure compliance with alcohol serving regulations. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls.
• Experience with Micro’s point of sale system is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with brand or hotel standards.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food & beverage outlets and services.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are followed.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality.
• Maintain proper par levels and inventories of food and beverage supplies.
• Ensure staff comply with alcohol serving regulations.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and report malfunctions.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
